How Pre-Orders Work
1. Reserve Your System
Place your order today for $300 to secure your position in our production queue.
2. Customize Your DAE Lead®
When production begins in June, we’ll contact you to finalize your:
- color and hardware selections (custom options may affect final pricing)
- personalized measurements for a precise fit
Don't worry! We’ll make measurements easy, with simple instructions, and the option of virtual or in-person fittings available (in-person fittings in Ramsey and Westwood, NJ).
3. Production & Delivery
Initial production is limited to 50 units per month (or 350 units total for 2026) to ensure quality and timely delivery. Once your specifications are confirmed, your system will be crafted and shipped within 2–4 weeks.
4. Flexible Commitment
If you decide not to move forward with your pre-order, your $300 deposit is fully refundable.
Early Customer Benefit
As part of our first production release for 2026, all pre-order customers will receive a $40 credit toward the purchase of a "Get a Grip" hand-held leash.
